On days outside office hours, Dr. Andrei performs robotic and laparoscopic gynecologic surgeries at McLaren Lapeer Region and affiliated hospitals. Surgical consultations are during regular office visit days.

Monday: telehealth only. Tuesday: in-office gynecologic ultrasound. Wednesday and Thursday: office visits, new patient visits, consultations, and in-office procedures. Closed Friday through Sunday — Dr. Andrei sees patients at Rochester Hills on Fridays.
Monday telehealth is available for follow-up visits, hormone therapy management, menopause consultations, and medication management — any concern that does not require a physical exam. Schedule online and our team will confirm the right appointment type before your visit.
Gynecologic ultrasound — pelvic and transvaginal — evaluates fibroids, ovarian cysts, abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, and uterine abnormalities. Dedicating Tuesday to ultrasound allows focused, unhurried diagnostic imaging.
In-office procedures on Wednesdays and Thursdays include IUD insertion and removal, Nexplanon insertion and removal, endometrial biopsy, colposcopy, LEEP procedure, pessary fitting, and other procedures that do not require a hospital visit.
Robotic and laparoscopic surgeries are performed at McLaren Lapeer Region — just steps from the office. Surgical consultations happen during regular office visit days and your surgical date is coordinated based on hospital availability.
Dr. Andrei sees patients every Friday at the Rochester Hills office — 2710 S Rochester Rd, Suite 2, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, (248) 923-3522. The same services are available there including office visits, ultrasound, and in-office procedures.
